About this role
Role Overview
Set Marketing strategies to retain Service Contract Renewals
Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Act as a single point of contact for key accounts
Monitor on Payment Outstanding and collection on timely basis
Securing T&M and New revenue streams for Service Business
Drive engagement initiatives to enhance customer experience
Analyze customer feedback and propose improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly
Requirements
BE/B.Tech in any stream (mandatory)
MBA in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, or related field (preferred)
8-10 years in customer engagement, account management, or CRM roles
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
