Drafting patent applications and instructing external agents
Patent prosecution and portfolio management, including drafting responses to office actions
Handling patent oppositions and supporting potential litigation
Performing freedom to operate work and patent landscaping, including gradually taking over responsibility for Vestas' third-party filing monitoring program
Supporting development project and collaborations with internal and external partners
Conducting training for stakeholders
Requirements
Educational background from e.g. engineering, physics, or materials science
Qualified European Patent Attorney or in the process of qualifying (for the right candidate it could be possible to complete the training as part of the position)
At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
Fluency in English, written and spoken
