- Support the HR team with organizational and administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process
- Create job advertisements
- Pre-screen applications
- Obtain reference checks
- Schedule interviews/appointments with candidates
Requirements
- Experience in applicant management and employee recruitment
- Knowledge of processes and their interrelations across the entire employee lifecycle
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Independent and quality-focused working style
- IT/computer skills are an advantage
- Confident command of written and spoken German
