About this role
Role Overview
You provide leadership for the LIMITD marketing team (Social Media + Marketing Project Management) and oversee all cross‑brand initiatives
You develop the overarching marketing strategy for our brands
You are responsible for planning, executing and continuously developing the content and brand strategies for our brand accounts
You coordinate internal teams as well as external partners, vendors and agencies (e.g., for events, production, creator collaborations and POS marketing)
You actively shape the strategic direction of our brands
You are responsible for budget and resource management for all marketing projects
You prepare reports, performance analyses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
A completed university degree with a focus on Marketing, Media Management, Communications or a comparable background
Several years of professional experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Social Media or Campaigning – ideally in a creator, start‑up or FMCG environment
Familiarity with major social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram & YouTube)
Experience leading projects or teams
Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns in parallel
Strong communication skills, a solution‑oriented mindset and a team‑player attitude
Flexible, resilient personality and willingness to travel occasionally for work
Experience working with influencers, event coordination, POS marketing or content production is a plus
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Confident user of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
