Responsible for independently managing the bank's private market fund mandates
Responsible for the daily administration of private market investments, operational processing and support of fund managers
Controlling of investment activities; monitoring liquidity, cash management, capital calls and distributions
Coordination of capital events
Coordination of processes for the integration/onboarding of new fund mandates with liquid and illiquid funds and for the operational controlling of fund processes across their entire lifecycle, including launches, splits, mergers, liquidations, etc.
Handling client inquiries, maintaining tools and reports, and programming Excel files
Preparation and management of documents for committees and senior management.

Bachelor's or Master's degree
Professional experience in fund operations, e.g. as a Fund Accountant or Fund Controller within Operations
Comprehensive knowledge of fund products, their life cycle and the related operational processes and regulations
Experience in cross-functional project management and in coordinating fund projects
Interest in managing complex fund processes
Proactive personality with attention to detail and a strong quality orientation
Organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Interest in multitasking and working with clients
IT affinity, proficiency in Excel programming (VBA) and in developing tools and reports
German and English
