Role Overview
- Drive product certification and regulatory compliance for EnerSys’ battery systems
- Oversee validation planning and coordinate with UL/Intertek/CSA and internal engineering teams
- Manage cross-functional efforts and ensure testing, documentation, and changes meet requirements
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- 7+ years of experience working with an NRTL
- 3+ Years of Lithium Battery Testing and/or Certification
- Experience leading certification with UL/Intertek/CSA
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office program suite
- Detailed report writing skills
- Previous experience in delivering measurable results in a busy environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
