About this role
Role Overview
- Lead advisory engagements in internal control, internal audit, and risk management
- Assess and strengthen control frameworks (COSO, SOX, etc.)
- Map risks and support the implementation of control plans
- Conduct internal audits and provide operational recommendations
- Identify areas for improvement and support their implementation
- Participate in transformation projects related to governance and compliance
- Supervise consultants and structure engagements
- Manage client relationships and ensure the quality of deliverables
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Audit, or Control (or equivalent)
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a consulting or audit firm
- Strong knowledge of frameworks (COSO, SOX, ISAE 3402, IFACI, IIA)
- Experience in internal audit, internal control, or risk management
- Ability to lead engagements and manage teams
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills
- Comfortable working in demanding, multi-client environments
