Provide daily customer support via chat, email, WhatsApp and phone, handling financial inquiries with a focus on excellence and building win‑win solutions;
Support internal teams (Sales and Customer Success) by assisting with the resolution of customer-related financial issues;
Assist with maintaining and updating contracts, including adjustments to due dates and financial information in the system;
Update and issue bank slips (boletos), and guide customers on deadlines, amounts, payments and other financial questions;
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Financial Management;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Intermediate Excel skills;
Proactivity;
