Accounts Receivable Associate – Part-Time

Role Overview

• Processing and monitoring incoming payments
• Maintaining accurate records
• Securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts
• Ensuring outstanding receivables remain within company targets
• Adhering to appropriate accounts receivable processes and systems

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience with collections, invoicing, and/or accounts receivable
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
