About this role
Role Overview
- Own the entire expansion engine for the existing customer base
- Identify who is ready for an upgrade and design logic for contract configuration
- Automate processes to ensure expansion happens at scale
- Build technical and logical guardrails for customer self-service paths
- Partner with BI and Finance to ensure correct reflection of expansion actions
- Lead design of data architecture for future systems
- Measure and report on KPIs like Churn Analysis and Expansion Targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or a Technical Finance role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Highly proficient in SQL and Postgres
- Ability to use Python for automating data workflows and manipulating complex data sets
- Profound understanding of contract and sales order data structures
- Ability to translate a technical upgrade into customer communications
- Ability to design a 12-month roadmap and also work hands-on in a database
