Ensure the consistent, high-quality execution of celebrations, rituals and engagement activities, contributing to the strengthening of organizational culture in day-to-day operations and through meaningful experiences for employees;
Plan, organize and execute internal events, activations and engagement campaigns, handling tasks from logistical coordination through event execution;
Collaborate with internal teams, especially Internal Communications, ensuring necessary alignments;
Be responsible for planning and executing institutional celebrations and recurring engagement initiatives throughout the year;
Monitor and manage budgets and calendars for engagement activities;
Bring energy and enthusiasm to mobilize people, with strong interpersonal communication skills;
Evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives, proposing adjustments and improvements while always connecting activities to business objectives;
Track and ensure execution of the engagement and culture action schedule, supporting management of the annual calendar;
Support projects and initiatives related to organizational culture, contributing to the dissemination of values, behaviors and cultural practices.
Requirements
Previous experience with internal events/celebrations and engagement activities;
Strong planning, organization and multitasking skills;
Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint at least intermediate level);
Excellent interpersonal communication and ease interacting with different teams and organizational levels;
Proactive, collaborative profile with critical thinking, able to evaluate initiatives and propose improvements;
Ability to connect engagement initiatives to business strategy and objectives;
