About this role

Shape our digital employee experience end to end
Own relationships with hardware and service providers, define hardware standards, manage the full asset lifecycle across 11 countries
Partner with HR to ensure seamless Joiner–Mover–Leaver process for devices
Collaborate with the Head of IT to define workplace standards
Act as 2nd/3rd level escalation for complex workplace issues
Administer Microsoft 365 and ensure cost-efficient license usage
Implement and monitor security standards
Own user lifecycle management and device lifecycle management

At least three years of experience in IT Operations
Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune
Knowledge of the Microsoft Graph API is a plus
Fluent in English; German skills are highly beneficial
