Full responsibility for driving revenue growth and increasing sales volume across your sales territory.
Build and position reev as a strong brand and preferred partner for wholesalers, installers, trade associations, end customers, hardware planners, and engineers.
Acquire new customers through multiple channels, including on-site visits.
Grow existing customer relationships and develop long-term partnerships.
Manage and follow up on inside sales leads.
Maintain an active market presence by participating in trade shows, events, and training sessions.
Collect market and customer feedback and provide structured input to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
Requirements
You speak the “language of installers” (or are eager to learn it) and understand their decision-making processes.
You have sales experience in electrical wholesale, manufacturing, or technical B2B sales.
You demonstrate strong closing skills, assertiveness, and a passion for proactive new customer acquisition.
You excel at relationship building, negotiation, and deal-closing.
You work independently, are results-driven, and have a hands-on mindset.
You are willing to spend approximately 60% of your time in the field (company car provided).
Fluent French and strong English skills for international collaboration complete your profile.
