About this role
Role Overview
Manage cleaning contracts, building maintenance (HVAC, electrical, and civil), reception, and pantry services, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Monitor maintenance schedules using management software to prevent critical downtime.
Control the area's budget, verify invoices, record fiscal notes, and support budget development.
Support renovations, layout changes, and infrastructure projects with a focus on space optimization and employee well-being.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Logistics, or related fields.
Previous experience in Facilities or Building Operations.
Basic technical knowledge of building maintenance (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing).
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Cost-conscious profile with a critical view of process efficiency and ability to interface with vendors to achieve the best cost-benefit.
Advantage: Experience with ticketing/management systems and ERPs (SAP, TOTVS, or Oracle).
Availability to work in Serra/ES.
