You acquire construction companies and their suppliers for our SaaS solution: the digital delivery note for the construction industry.
As part of our Sales team, you handle the initial outreach to potential customers—mainly by phone (cold calling)—laying the foundation for our sales process.
You identify new business opportunities, independently qualify leads further, and build lasting relationships with heads of procurement, digitalization leads, and commercial decision-makers.
You work with HubSpot: manage your sales funnel, document your activities, and analyze your results.
You actively contribute your experience and ideas to the team and support the development of our sales strategies and market positioning.
Requirements
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for directly approaching and persuading new contacts.
Self-motivation, result orientation, and a willingness to take responsibility for outcomes.
Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot is a plus.
Native-level German (C2) and strong English skills (C1).
Willingness to work regularly (2–3 days per week) from our Munich office.
