Lead Qualification
qualify leads in line with our ICP, by asking appropriate qualification questions. Work in lockstep with the Head of Business Development, sales, and marketing teams to test, learn, and optimize this process.
Pipeline Development
build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team. Track and report on prospecting activities, lead qualification, and pipeline development.
Communication and Relationship Building
clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up.
Collaboration
collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to optimize lead-generation strategies and messaging; across both inbound and outbound. Provide feedback on market trends, challenges, and the efficacy of messaging and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Native English for effective business communication
Fluent Dutch will be considered as a big advantage
Sales knowledge and/or experience
Determination and drive to achieve monthly targets
Strong communication skills
Ability to write compelling sales emails
Ability to pitch, handle objections, and qualify prospective customers
Proven experience as a Business Development Representative (would be nice)
Hands-on experience with various sales techniques (would be nice)
Track record of successfully engaging with prospects (would be nice)
Familiarity with Marketing Automation and CRM software (e.g., Hubspot and Outreach) (would be nice)
