Role Overview
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for HR technology platforms, with primary ownership of ServiceNow HR Case
Understand and support end-to-end HR processes, including employee lifecycle events, with a focus on hiring related processes.
Support the adoption, governance, and value realization of AI-enabled capabilities across the HR technology ecosystem.
Own and support ServiceNow HR Case configuration requests, enhancements, and ongoing optimization.
Manage and troubleshoot HR-specific ServiceNow tickets, serving as Tier 3 support.
Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, Information Systems, HR Operational Process, HR Service Delivery, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience supporting HR technology platforms; SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow HR Case experience strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex processes and data into clear, actionable solutions.
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, work independently, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort engaging stakeholders across levels and functions.
Highly analytical, organized, and detail oriented.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently, meet deadlines, and escalate appropriately to management.
