Build and maintain journeys and campaigns in Customer.io — from event-based triggers to full lifecycle sequences.
Develop and maintain integrations between the CRM and engineering, data warehouse, and other tools via REST APIs and integration platforms such as Make or custom solutions.
Write SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, producing insights that support product, marketing, and sales decisions.
Ensure data quality in the CRM: duplication management, governance, validations, and processes that keep the environment reliable and scalable.
Translate business needs into technical solutions, acting as a bridge between business teams and engineering.
