Role Overview
Lead and Manage Pre-Sales Activities: Oversee the development of bids, proposals, and estimates, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client needs and Alithya’s strategic direction; Provide final approval on deliverables before submission.
Strategic Demonstration Oversight: Direct the creation and delivery of product and solution demonstrations, ensuring they effectively showcase Oracle capabilities and Alithya’s unique value; Coach team members on best practices for impactful presentations.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Delivery leadership to ensure project scope, estimates, and proposed solutions are realistic, actionable, and profitable.
Marketing Partnership: Guide the development of marketing content such as blogs, webinars, and conference presentations, ensuring messaging is consistent with Alithya’s positioning and go-to-market strategy.
Thought Leadership and Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders by maintaining deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials and/or Supply Chain) and industry best practices.
Talent Development: Mentor, coach, and develop Solutions Consultants, fostering a high-performance, client-focused culture within the team.
Limited Strategic Consulting Engagements: Participate selectively in high-value consulting activities such as executive workshops, strategic roadmap development, and solution visioning sessions.
Requirements
Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in ERP solutions, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role within a pre-sales or consulting environment;
Deep functional knowledge and domain expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP, with a strong background in financial applications;
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing pre-sales strategies for enterprise solutions;
Proven ability to influence, motivate, and guide both direct and indirect teams toward business objectives;
Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect technical solutions to measurable client value;
Exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, including executive-level interactions;
Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with a focus on delivering results;
Willingness to travel 20 to 30% of the time (overnight and day travel);
Language skills: English: Proficient.
