Lead product and feature launches, defining target market, segmentation, personas, value proposition and go-to-market strategy, operating with increased autonomy and strategic vision;
Structure and execute end-to-end go-to-market plans, coordinating deliverables, milestones, risks and dependencies with Product, Sales, Growth, Customer Success and other key areas;
Act as the guardian of product positioning, evolving key messages, narratives, naming and competitive differentiators, and translating the ICP into marketing and sales materials;
Conduct in-depth analyses of market, competitors, trends and customer needs, turning insights into strategic recommendations for the roadmap and pricing;
Co-create pricing and packaging strategies in partnership with the Pricing team, supporting modeling, validation and data-driven optimization;
Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with comprehensive materials (presentations, battlecards, FAQs, one-pagers, playbooks), ensuring deep understanding of products, differentiators and positioning;
Monitor and analyze the performance of offerings in the market, proposing action plans, experiments and improvements based on adoption metrics, revenue and customer feedback;
Orchestrate cross-functional product initiatives, facilitating communication between areas, negotiating priorities and ensuring strategic alignment with internal stakeholders;
Act as a product specialist in the market by participating in benchmarks, customer validations, research and content initiatives in collaboration with Branding and Communications.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Product Marketing, Growth or related roles;
Experience with go-to-market (GTM) and positioning for digital products/SaaS;
Ability to turn data, research and insights into clear, actionable recommendations;
Experience building narratives, key messages and sales enablement materials;
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, CS, Growth, Pricing, Communications);
Organized, autonomous and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
Experience delivering enablement and building commercial playbooks;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Experience creating sales materials tailored to different segments, considering pains, needs and customer journeys of each audience;
Autonomy to handle multiple day-to-day demands.
Nice-to-have:
Experience with B2B SaaS products;
Analytical skills to review data and generate insights;
Knowledge of pricing, packaging and monetization methodologies;
Experience with narrative testing, GTM impact measurement and experimentation;
Intermediate/advanced Spanish or English.
