Recruiting for Athletic Trainer positions, specifically licensed with the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, Board of Certification (BOC), Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).
Creating and completing "recruiting plans" for individual positions or projects and communicating progress and updates timely, accurately, and efficiently.
Sourcing, identifying, pre-screening, and evaluating/recommending candidates for interviews.
Full life cycle recruiting and support, to include gathering job requirements, producing job descriptions, sourcing qualified candidates, screening applications, creating candidate submission summaries to hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers.
Utilize your network of connections and provide out-of-the-box thinking for research and non-traditional sources of qualified candidates.
Develop recruitment plans and pipelines for assigned positions in a quick turn-around and frequently changing environment.
Creating accurate and engaging advertising and planning and participating in job fairs as needed.
Operating in compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, policies, processes, and general best business practices.
Working in an environment supporting multiple hiring managers while consistently following internal policies and staffing processes.
Working within an applicant tracking system to review, track, and disposition candidates in accordance with OFCCP requirements.
Participating in regular status update/prioritization meetings, submitting weekly status updates at a minimum, and exhibiting an optimistic and supportive team spirit.
Working with program managers on development of requirements and the drafting and formatting of requisitions in the applicant tracking system for approval.
Occasional travel as needed for job fairs and/or orientations.
Other duties as assigned including recruitment support for additional sectors and programs across PSI and its subsidiaries.
This exempt position requires the ability to work additional hours to meet deadlines and being available after hours to check emails or take calls to ensure the highest level of customer service for our internal managers and candidates.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of recruiting experience.
Associate degree plus additional experience or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
Applicant Tracking System experience to track and disposition candidates, iCIMS preferred.
Recruiting in support of a small to mid-size, growing company in a fast-paced environment.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, business acumen and interpersonal and consulting type skills.
Proven ability/aptitude to learn and comprehend technical requirements and research new areas as needed.
Ability to track and present information and data.
Work cooperatively with internal staff, management, and candidates.
Ability to prioritize and handle set deadlines.
Handle changing priorities, requirements, and processes.
Internet savvy regarding talent searches.
Ability to create well formulated written documents, including proofreading skills.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, i.e. Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook.
