Serve as the primary functional subject matter expert for Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Payroll modules.
Configure, maintain, and optimize compensation and payroll-related Workday business processes, eligibility rules, calculations, and security.
Demonstrate strong end-to-end Workday ecosystem knowledge, with the ability to assess upstream and downstream impacts of position management, job and organizational changes, requisitions, and recruiting activities on compensation and payroll configuration, calculations, and processing.
Support all compensation and payroll cyclical events, including but not limited to: Annual and off-cycle Compensation Planning, Short-Term Incentive (STI) and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plan administration, Merit, bonus, and equity planning configuration, Payroll processing, audits, and year-end activities.
Partner with Compensation and Payroll teams to design and implement compensation plans, guidelines, budgets, and eligibility logic within Workday.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of hands-on Workday experience with strong functional ownership of Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll.
Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise compensation planning cycles and payroll processing in Workday.
