Payroll Specialist, Construction Payroll – Full- or Part-time

Role Overview

• Provide HR support for employees from onboarding to offboarding.
• Draft and manage employment contracts, certificates, and reference letters.
• Analyze time-tracking data.
• Perform monthly payroll processing in compliance with all tax, social security, collective agreement and employment contract provisions.
• Serve as the contact person for employees, tax authorities, and social security agencies.
• Support applicant management and the onboarding process.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving our HR processes.

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further qualification in HR.
• Professional experience in HR administration and payroll processing, preferably in construction payroll.
• Good knowledge of employment law, payroll tax, and social security regulations.
• Confident user of payroll systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft 365 Business.
• Independent and responsible working style.
• Good written and spoken German.
• You see yourself as a team-oriented and communicative person who fits into an open, supportive team.
