Actively work within Workday to identify, track, monitor, process, and hire candidates
Evaluate the profiles of potential candidates by conducting preliminary phone screen assessments
Ensure a high level of professionalism and courtesy when assisting any candidates via phone, email, and in person
Document information into Microsoft Excel for tracking, trending, and monitoring

High School diploma and/or equivalency certification required
Needs to be able to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities in a constantly changing environment
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and creativity
Must demonstrate proficiency in internet navigation and web-based programs
Must have basic Excel experience
Must be comfortable using a laptop computer and software
Must have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Previous recruiting/sourcing experience is a plus
