Holistic account management: You will independently and proactively manage and develop our existing customers as well as high-potential new accounts from inside sales — remotely via Teams, phone and e-mail.
Growth & cross-selling: You will achieve profitable growth by accurately identifying customer needs, preparing tailored proposals, following up proactively and exploiting cross-selling opportunities.
Negotiation & lead handling: You will conduct price and terms negotiations within our pricing strategy, ensuring stable, partnership-based customer relationships founded on historical data.
Strategic account development: For customers with clearly high potential, you will prepare and execute sound potential analyses and sales plans together with the team lead to leverage these opportunities strategically and purposefully.
Order management: You will take responsibility for order processing and oversee your projects through to successful completion.
Data & insights: You will maintain customer data and market information carefully in our systems and share valuable insights cross-functionally with the team.
Requirements
Sales professional with strategic vision: You enjoy consultative B2B sales and ideally have initial or solid experience managing large accounts/key accounts and working with B2B industrial customers, public-sector clients, authorities and municipalities.
Your background: A degree, a solid commercial/Vocational training, or a highly motivated career changer with a strong track record in solution selling will make you a good fit.
Product knowledge: Experience or first exposure to areas such as traffic control/barrier systems, construction site supplies, or street furniture is a plus.
Negotiation skills: You demonstrate strong customer and service orientation combined with excellent negotiation skills — also for complex deals and framework agreements.
Personal qualities: You convince through determination, strategic thinking, persistence during longer sales cycles and strong persuasive abilities.
Toolkit: Very good German language skills, written and spoken, and confident use of modern office communication technology complete your profile.
