Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent).
Experience in an in-house legal role or strong commercial exposure in private practice.
Strong knowledge of UK commercial, consumer, and data protection law.
Knowledge of AML and labour law.
Proven ability to balance legal risk with commercial outcomes.
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised, pragmatic, and solutions-focused.
