Role Overview
- Support the Global Financial Controls team with administrative and support activities;
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial information;
- Extract and prepare reports from various systems;
- Use tools such as Excel, Word, and other internal software;
- Assist the team in implementing and adapting to new systems and technologies;
- Collaborate with global teams, participating in meetings in English when required.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields);
- In the penultimate or final year of the degree program;
- Advanced English (able to communicate in meetings with the global team);
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail;
- Comfortable with technology and open to learning new systems and tools.
