Leverage CRM and analytics tools to monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency

Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory and ethical standards

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
10+ years of sales leadership experience in oncology diagnostics, molecular testing, or related healthcare sectors
Proven success in launching and scaling innovative diagnostic products
Strong understanding of reimbursement, payer dynamics, and healthcare provider networks
Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
