Role Overview
Source qualified prospects through existing channels and convert activity into Blueprint Sessions
Own the sales cycle from prospecting to contracting
Attend and co-facilitate Blueprint Sessions
Coordinate post-session audits and proposals
Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot
Own referral channel and track outreach
Requirements
3–6 years of B2B business development experience in agency, media, or professional services
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Understand how marketing leaders buy
Excited to join on ground floor and help shape the team
Comfortable in a developing environment
Very comfortable with pipeline data
HubSpot proficiency
Self-starter managing 5–10 active deals simultaneously
Sharp written and verbal communication for senior marketing decision-makers
Ability to run parallel tracks without letting any thread go cold
Passion for digital marketing and current trends
