Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of CRM and telephone systems
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented with patience and ability able to handle customer rejection
- Freshers can also apply for trainee roles
