(Co-)identification, assessment, development and active implementation of projects to advance products, offerings and business models (including operational optimization, business development, M&A-related topics, new projects and investments)
Project leadership or co-leading of special and development projects with clear accountability for results
Participation in company-building topics across core areas such as operational processes, organizational structures, personnel, and IT/workplace tools
Independently identify relevant fields of action based on qualitative and quantitative analyses and proactively initiate and drive topics forward
Provide content support to senior management in preparing important internal and external meetings and events
Project-based collaboration with external partners
Requirements
High degree of personal responsibility and ownership for your topics – from idea to implementation
Strong 80/20 mindset with a focus on the essentials and pragmatic, effective solutions
Enjoy independently prioritizing topics, preparing decisions thoroughly and implementing them
Confident handling of decision-making latitude in a professional, fact-based environment
Initial relevant professional experience (approx. 1–2 years) in management consulting, in-house consulting, corporate development or a comparable role
Very good analytical skills combined with a genuine hands-on mentality
Strong interest in entrepreneurial questions, business models and operational implementation
Structured, independent working style and clear communication
Confident presence when liaising with senior management, leaders and external partners
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
