Oversee end-to-end management of assigned task order(s), including scope, schedule, and performance.
Coordinate directly with Contracting Officers (KO), Task Order Managers, and government stakeholders.
Ensure technical solutions are delivered in accordance with contract requirements and timelines.
Support the Program Manager in strategic planning and execution of task order objectives.
Monitor project progress and address risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
Align project activities with customer agency goals and operational needs.
Lead communication across cross-functional teams to maintain transparency and accountability.
Ensure compliance with federal contracting standards and reporting requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a relevant field OR additional four (4) years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in IT, consulting, or related fields.
At least five (5) years of leadership experience with increasing responsibility.
Proven experience managing complex projects or task orders in government or commercial environments.
Background working with federal clients or within regulated environments preferred.
Strong project and program management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across government and contractor teams.
Solid understanding of contract execution and task order management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Experience delivering technical or IT-related solutions.
Risk management and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with federal acquisition and compliance processes.
Project management certification such as PMP or equivalent.
Active Secret Clearance.
