Provide a strategic, creative and actionable vision to help high-potential entrepreneurs develop, structure and scale their personal brand on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram (and ideally LinkedIn).
Coach creators and their teams (editors, camera operators, copywriters, community managers…) on their content strategy.
Analyze existing content to identify opportunities for viral growth, message optimization, positioning and originality.
Develop robust, differentiated editorial strategies aligned with the client’s personality and ambitions.
Propose innovative concepts, video formats, series, hooks, scripts and compelling storytelling.
Work closely with the client and/or their teams to refine the message, amplify their uniqueness and drive key KPIs (views, followers, revenue, influence).
Requirements
Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in content strategy for creators or high-visibility entrepreneurs (minimum 1 million followers/subscribers).
Deep knowledge of YouTube, TikTok and Instagram best practices, and good familiarity with LinkedIn.
Ability to design and lead multi-channel editorial strategies.
Ability to translate business vision into differentiated editorial concepts.
