Ensure the study, transformation and design of the following work streams: Process Study
new processes, Process Study
process review and Organizational Structure Study;
Promote To-Be process modeling;
Conduct critical analysis of the organization's context and propose improvements aligned with Process Management;
Conduct critical analysis of tactical and operational indicators;
Follow-up on process action plans;
Ensure the definition, creation and maintenance of process documents and tools, such as: policy, guidelines, process flows, operational indicators;
Ensure time management and prioritization of requests from internal clients;
Act fully in line with legal prerogatives and the guidelines established by the standards adhered to by the organization (ISO, RN, ONAS, etc.);
Serve as a point of support for internal and external audits;
Perform other duties inherent to the role or as assigned by the immediate supervisor, provided the employee is qualified and the tasks are consistent with their knowledge and experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Important: Postgraduate specialization or MBA.
