About this role
Role Overview
Support various administrative tasks, including preparing reports, making entries and system adjustments in the MVSoul hospital ERP, and creating and populating indicators and OKRs;
Occasional patient and guardian assistance, providing information, helping with document signatures and offering guidance when necessary;
Provide support to physicians and their secretaries for adjustments to the surgical patient journey;
Handle telephone calls to schedule appointments, tests and infusions, using back-office tools such as WhatsApp Business;
Prepare internal controls when requested, and produce administrative and financial reports using specific tools and software to ensure accuracy and organization of information.
Requirements
High school diploma;
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (a test will be administered);
Knowledge of Power Query;
Desirable: knowledge of SQL;
Advantageous: knowledge of authorization processes, regulatory procedures and interchange rules.
