Responsible for operationalizing the payment cycle and ensuring treasury compliance through the following activities:
Purchasing and Contracts: Execute contract and purchasing management, guiding buyers and approvers on internal workflows and payment procedures.
Accounts Payable and Treasury: Process payments based on billing/measurements, perform supplier reconciliations, settle payables, and conduct daily bank reconciliations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (complete or in progress) in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
Proficient with Google Workspace tools, especially Google Docs and Google Sheets.
Ability to document procedures and standards and to communicate clearly in writing.
Logical and analytical reasoning, with a focus on detailed checks that require high precision and accuracy.
Self-management and organizational skills to manage your own workload and meet financial deadlines.
Technological agility: quick to learn new software and automation tools, with experience creating or working with dashboards (Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar).
