Provide user support and conduct training for academic systems used by faculty and students;
Execute administrative processes within academic systems;
Assist in creating and updating manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for academic systems;
Support quality management and the monitoring of performance indicators.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Education (Pedagogy), Business Administration, or a related field;
Ability to operate software/systems;
Effective oral and written communication skills;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Ability to independently plan and execute daily work tasks in a disciplined manner;
Basic English reading skills, as some systems are not available in Portuguese;
Attention to detail and logical reasoning skills for tasks that require accuracy.
Desirable:
Comfort with routine tasks and a focus on maintaining consistent results;
Sense of urgency;
Ability to remain composed and resourceful under pressure;
Previous experience in educational institutions.
