Research, analyze, design, develop and coordinate division-based and enterprise applications in a database environment for the Division of Administration.
Design relational databases including tables, queries, procedures and other database structures; application forms, reports, menu interfaces, web pages, and web services using Oracle products (Forms & Reports), and/or similar software.
Interface with the Information Technology staff, and the Department’s data center staff to ensure the application development plan is consistent with the Department’s Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
A high school diploma or its equivalent and seven (7) years of experience in computer systems analysis and/or computer programming.
A high school diploma and completion of a one-year program of study from a vocational/technical school in an area of data processing can substitute for one year of the required experience.
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of experience in computer systems analysis and/or computer programming.
Ability to define and analyze end user's needs, and design and develop a system to satisfy those needs in complex environments.
