Prepare, consolidate and monitor the annual budget (OPEX and/or CAPEX) for the Supply Chain directorates.
Perform monthly expense control, analyzing variances between actual vs. budget vs. forecast.
Support the financial forecasting process, providing periodic updates and short-, medium
and long-term projections.
Develop and track financial performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics costs, warehousing, transportation, procurement, production and planning.
Prepare management reports, dashboards and executive presentations for the board and leadership.
Support internal and external audits by providing information, analyses and documentation as required.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of budget control processes and cost management.
Requirements
Knowledge of budgeting, financial control, cost analysis and forecasting.
