About this role
Role Overview
Handle daily operational spare parts transports for EU/non-EU shipments;
Organize transport modes and manage dangerous goods shipments;
Process inquiries and complaints from customers;
Create regular KPI and reports.
Requirements
Completed studies focusing on business administration or comparable qualifications;
Previous experience in customer service and logistics;
High reliability and meticulousness;
High resilience in dynamic environments;
Ability to work independently and in intercultural teams;
Strong customer orientation and communication skills;
Good knowledge of English required, Spanish advantageous;
Healthy IT affinity with software experience like Office 365, SAP, or ServiceNow;
Willingness to make occasional trips (e.g., to Pamplona, Rostock, Hamburg).
