About this role
Role Overview
Own and lead yfood’s UK retail sales agenda
Manage the P&L for UK retail channels and customers
Define and deliver the UK sales and channel strategy
Create and deliver revenue plans to meet and exceed sales targets
Identify white space and new business opportunities across UK retail
Lead strategic relationships with key UK retail partners
Own commercial negotiations including pricing, trade terms, range, distribution, promotions
Scale existing accounts while opening new revenue channels
Work cross-functionally with Marketing to deliver strong local activation plans
Build, lead, and develop the UK sales team over time
Requirements
7+ years’ experience in UK Food & Drink retail sales
Strong experience across grocery, high street, and convenience/wholesale channels
Proven success winning new retail accounts and scaling existing partnerships
Experience owning retail P&Ls and managing complex route-to-market strategies
Leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
A growth mindset, high energy, and strong sense of ownership
