Responsible for overall coordination and delivery of common, company-wide medical services
Supervise clinical staff which can include physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, laboratory and radiology technicians, medical assistants, administrative and medical records support
Provide leadership, direction and technical guidance to clinic staff, including management of work-related injury care and occupational health surveillance examinations
Ensure compliance with regulatory and health standards
Manage business operations with focus on performance metrics
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with business partners and stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years of experience as healthcare provider (Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant);
active unencumbered license in either Texas, or Arizona
