Analyze requests to file lawsuits, assessing legal viability, risks, financial and strategic impacts, and define the most appropriate legal and procedural strategy;
Provide technical coordination of contracted law firms;
Strategically manage the portfolio of civil litigation and credit recovery cases, focusing on efficiency, reduction of contingencies, recovery of amounts, and defense of the Company's interests;
Draft, review, and analyze extrajudicial notices, with a preventative and conflict-resolution oriented approach;
Update, review and analyze internal case management systems, ensuring correct classification of risks, contingencies and provisions, as well as the reliability of legal information;
Prepare legal opinions, technical notes and responses to inquiries using clear language and practical guidance to support negotiations, strategic decisions, and judicial and pre-judicial solutions;
Identify settlement opportunities, conduct negotiations and support consensual conflict resolution strategies, considering cost, risk, reputation and business impact;
Work closely with internal departments, participating in alignment meetings, committees and decision-making forums, contributing an integrated legal perspective to the business;
Actively contribute to the development and implementation of projects using technology, automation and legal management tools.
Requirements
Law degree with active registration in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure and Civil Law;
Experience in civil litigation and/or environmental litigation and/or credit recovery;
Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal clients and external service providers;
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office

to high-complexity cases, reporting to the immediate manager;
