Oversee the deployment and implementation of the Entri Product Suite.
Engage with the client, hospital operations, and applications/infrastructure teams to design, build, and implement patient and user experience solutions.
Assist with upholding standard workflows and create educational materials to prepare for go-lives.
Hold all stakeholders accountable in the delivery of the solution.
Lead a cross-functional project to build and operationalize a business-to-consumer solution.
Identify subject matter experts to solve potential obstacles and meet project deadlines.
Deliver clear and concise training, objectives, and expectations to end users.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design educational materials.
Requirements
2+ years Healthcare/Technology experience
Understanding of HIPAA and the importance of privacy of patient data
Proficient computer skills (including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio)
Highly organized, strong interpersonal skills, and clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, office staff, and peers.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Results and deadline driven, working well under high pressure situations while staying resourceful, tactful, and adjust to rapidly changing needs from the customer.
