About this role

Prepare and lead the daily agenda detailing tasks discussed in meetings so that the teams involved can address pending cases.
Develop drafts and management reports on the outcomes of handled cases related to vehicle exchanges and repairs, including service turnaround times.
Drive warranty processes within After-Sales and related departments such as CRC (Customer Relations Center), Regional offices, Legal, Finance and IT.
Follow up on tasks, pending items and action plans.
Lead the development of new systems within the Warranty area.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or Finance.
Intermediate English.
Power BI, Tableau.
Microsoft Office suite, Advanced Excel.
Ability to communicate in both technical and commercial language when dealing with dealerships.
Proactive and empathetic profile, strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
Postgraduate specialization in Project Management or Process Management is desirable.
Advantage: Knowledge of automotive mechanics and spare parts.
