Provide administrative support and project coordination on initiatives led by the AI Advisory Practice Leader, working with members of the Advisory team, client delivery teams, and Firm operations groups.
Support client engagement operations including timesheet tracking, billing coordination, scope tracking, and engagement letter and proposal formatting.
Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics for practice leadership and client engagements.
Support the completion of deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations, reports, and client-facing materials.
Work with the Practice Leader to develop and maintain ongoing management of priorities and facilitate reporting and project completion.
Coordinate with internal teams and external resources to support client delivery.
Assist with travel arrangements as needed.
Requirements
5 – 7 years of experience as an administrative/executive assistant/project coordinator working with an executive
Bachelor's degree
Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 tools, in particular PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
Mastery of project management software tools a plus
Strong organization skills demonstrated by ability to remove obstacles to deliver projects on time
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Detail-oriented and results-driven
Ability to learn new software and technology quickly
Maintain privacy and discretion
Be flexible and open to taking on additional or modified responsibilities to support the ever-evolving business
Cultivate and maintain solid relationships internally and externally
Understanding of accounting firm or professional services business models and operations
Interest in AI and emerging technology a plus.
