Candidates must reside in either Kentucky or the Cincinnati, Ohio area.
Responsibilities will include communicating company and position details to new hires prior to their start date.
Ensuring new hires have completed all pre-employment activities including background checks, drug screenings and onboarding paperwork such as Section 1 of i9’s, acknowledging company policies and procedures and more.
The recruiting coordinator will also work closely with operations and training scheduling first day of work for new hires.
Communicate regularly to new hires information about onboarding requirements; including shift and training schedules and more.
Track in detail new hire progress to ensure all pre-employment activities have been completed in a timely manner to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Coordinate frequently with Recruiting, Operations and Training to ensure pipeline of new hires is fully ready for hire on day one.
Welcome new employees upon their arrival to WFS.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as an administrator, assistant, office agent or recruiting coordinator required.
Prior experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS/ATS) preferred.
SAP Success Factors a plus.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Strong understanding of computer systems and excel requirements is preferred.
Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
Team spirit and welcoming disposition.
Must be detail oriented.
