About this role

Prospect and convert qualified leads generated from vehicle sales at partner dealerships.
Provide consultative service, understanding customers' needs and offering tailored vehicle protection solutions.
Negotiate quotes and manage the entire insurance process: Quote → Submission → Issuance → Endorsement.
Ensure a smooth and transparent customer experience through to closing.
Monitor conversion and productivity metrics, keeping reports up to date.
Participate in performance routines, training sessions, and alignment meetings with the team and leadership.
Maintain ongoing relationships with customers, dealerships, and internal departments.

Proven experience in automotive sales and insurance.
Knowledge of the auto insurance lifecycle (Quote → Issuance → Endorsement).
Proficiency with multicompany quoting systems (Teleport, Quiver, Segfy or similar).
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to negotiate and guide customers to close.
Experience in insurance brokerages or in dealership operations.
