Perform analysis and gather business requirements related to industrial maintenance processes, ensuring the department's needs are translated into efficient system solutions
Work with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), supporting configuration, enhancements and usage of the module within maintenance processes
Provide process and technology recommendations focused on maintenance work order management, inventory control, operational reporting and quality assurance
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of industrial processes
Standardize and support the automation of operational processes to increase efficiency and consistency in operations
Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements, contributing to solutions that deliver measurable results for operations
Participate in technical and business discussions, contributing solutions and continuous improvements for maintenance and operations processes
Requirements
Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
Experience in eliciting and analyzing business requirements
Knowledge of industrial maintenance processes and maintenance work order management
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Technology or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in related activities
