Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales-ready opportunities with clear context and next steps.
Contacting prospects to get appointments (70%)
Execute multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to engage logistics managers, supply chain directors, and operations leads at mid-market and enterprise companies.
Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and ensure a smooth transition through the sales process.
Improve our sales methods (10%)
Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, pipeline status, and prospect notes in the CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot).
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings, pipeline contribution, and activity volume.
Continuously develop your freight forwarding expertise — modes, Incoterms, customs, sustainability, etc.
Requirements
1–3 years experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role, ideally in logistics, SaaS, or B2B services.
You are eager to learn about global trade, supply chains, logistics technology and the dynamic world of global freight.
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently in both written and spoken interactions.
You have a proven track record of self-sourcing pipeline through cold outreach and creative multi-touch sequences.
Willingness to work in a small, growing team and contribute to strengthening a presence in a new market
Organized and thorough, you are skilled at managing tasks and diligently following up with prospects.
